A bedroom wardrobe or a cupboard is the second most concern after bed.

Actually, cupboard designs are given more attention in the room's layout or bedroom reworking than even beds. The wooden cupboard with normal doors are still there despite giant number of folk going for modern cupboards with sliding doors. And walk in wardrobes though the designs for such cupboards have tried incredible changes. All noted and done, modern wooden wardrobe is an illustration of beauty. if the functionality of the wardrobe isn't kept in consideration, the purpose is lost.
if you're up to a custom wardrobe, these are some guidelines to correctly design your wardrobe and closets. Use this space by having storage solutions behind each wardrobe door. It can be anything from rails to drawers and shelves. If you're keen on picking up shoes, get more shelves at lower part. You may also go for sliding shoe trays that will hold many pairs of shoes per shelf. Get handy sized drawers for your different storage wants - from jewelery to sweaters, blankets or bed linen. Keep the blanket drawer enough deep to store the things correctly. If you want to collect watches, get a drawer of suitable size with divisions.
If you select sliding door wardrobe, then match the inside segments to the amount of sliding doors. For instance, three doors should have 3 or 2 interior segments to guarantee straightforward opening of all of the drawers.

It'll also reduce space that would have taken by the dressing table. Make sure that the slider mechanism works properly.
A sliding door which comes off its tracks is a pain. If you like a walk-in wardrobe, keep the point number 2 in view and mix the hanging spaces, shelves and drawers as per your requirements. Permit at least a meter from the ground for hanging jackets otherwise your garments will keep pulling along the floor and collect dust.
Try to not cover the garments rails and shelves with doors in the walk-in wardrobes. If you have got to open doors you'll make the space more little. Rather than having doors, keep it open and dust constantly.
